The theme of the thesis is `Good Cause for Termination of Employment Agreements Due To Employee Behavior?. The primary goal of the study is to clarify the concept that is discussed and to present the main differences between good and just causes for termination cases due to employee behavior owing to the fact that good cause for termination due to employee behavior have not been reified yet and the practice of law is considered new in this area.Full provisions of the safeguarding of job have not been cited in details in the study; among good causes for termination mentioned in the law, good cause for termination due to employee behavior have been analyzed in details. Causes relative to employee efficiency, which are due to the employee himself, can often be mistaken with the causes relative to employee behavior. Therefore, causes relative to employee efficiency are partially mentioned.While trying to reify the context of termination cases relative to the employee behavior, experiences of the foreign judicial systems, enforcements of Supreme Court and aspects of the doctrine have been utilized in the study.
