Improving the processes of companies to improve their competitiveness, meeting the needs as soon as possible and mapping processes and definitions to improve productivity needs to be reviewed. Establishing business processes, identifying the relationships between business processes, identifying possible problem points and taking appropriate steps to solve problems give businesses the chance to avoid unnecessary and dysfunctional applications. In this study, workflows in a company producing furniture are mapped with BPMN (Business Process Management Notation) with software support and the current situation is revealed. Production main and sub-process diagrams are shown in detail with the help of CAMUNDA BPM program. In the structuring of the processes, the most efficient process improvement application was selected by multi-criteria decision making method and the future situation map was revealed. The effect of improvement results on productivity was evaluated. User-oriented working logic has been created with the new arrangement, and both physical processes can be monitored through virtual production models and all kinds of interventions can be done in virtual environment.
