Abstract (EN)

The relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment is a function that makes organizations' achievements more specific. By accepting the organization in which a high employee is satisfied with job satisfaction, they will reconcile their goals and objectives with the aims and objectives of the organization and thus they will see the success of the organization as their successes. Employees who are able to do this will be happy to realize their own goals thanks to their job satisfaction. The purpose of this research; The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment of doctors, nurses, midwives and health officers working in the Regional Training and Research Hospital of Erzurum. The Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale, which was developed in 1967 to measure the level of job satisfaction of the employees, was used in Allen and Meyer's Organizational Commitment Scale developed in 1993 to measure the level of organizational commitment. As a result of the analyzes, it was concluded that the job satisfaction at Erzurum Regional Training and Research Hospital has positive effects on the organizational commitment of the employees and that there is a correct ratio between job satisfaction and the level of organizational commitment. For this reason, increasing the level of job satisfaction of the employees will increase the level of belief and belief in the organization.
