Abstract (EN)

In this study, healthcare workers' organizational loyalties, work satisfaction, factors affecting these and also their results analyzed. There is a (statistically) significant and meaningful relationship between satisfaction of healthcare workers from work and their organizational loyalty. Quality of healthcare services is related to work satisfaction and organizational loyalty. It is suggested that answering healthcare workers' expectations depending on their job related needs and requests would affect their work satisfaction and organizational loyalties in a positive manner. Ever-changing working conditions, fast circulations of knowledge, continuous developing and changing of technology are increasing the workload and affecting worker's psychology; workers are trying to cope with both apparent and subtle difficulties to adapt these conditions and to increase their quality of life. As the first element for sustaining healthy living, healthcare workers are supposed to be kept away from conflicting conditions instead, creating modern workplace physical conditions, alleviating workload, and providing equitable pay would ensure their work life and social life to reach expected/desired levels. This is a prerequisite for a better and higher quality service and healthier working society.
