Abstract (EN)

Today, with the changing business life, the feelings and thoughts of the employee are affected by various situations. In addition, the expectations and individual characteristics of the employees also affect them. In the studies in the literature, it is targeted to understand the difference and to reveal the differences that make up the job satisfaction and organizational commitment of the employees.The aim of this thesis is to determine the effects of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and individual and organizational factors affecting these two concepts and to analyse the relationship between these two concepts in the automotive sector. In the research, the purpose, method and findings of the field research carried out by applying a questionnaire on 85 people in the automotive sector via e-mail are explained. Survey; It includes the Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale for job satisfaction and Allen and Mayer's "Multiple Organizational Commitment Model" for organizational commitment. The data derived from the research were analyzed through the SPSS package program and the results were interpreted by comparing the findings of previous studies. In the conclusion part; As a result of the research, it has been determined that the reasons that may affect job satisfaction and organizational commitment have no effect on demographic characteristics, only job satisfaction and organizational commitment subcategories, education level and seniority, and the relationship between these factors has been explained to be positive.
