Abstract (EN)
In this study, the job burnout and organizational citizenship behavior relationship between was examined in bank employees. 213 people working for private and public banks in Turkey, conducted to this research. The number of employees are 209. In this research, the relationship between burnout, organizational citizenship and demographic qualities was tried to be determined. In obtaining the data; a general information form, organizational citizenship behavior scale and organizational burnout scale was used. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 21 package program. As a result of the findings and assessments, burnout and organizational citizenship behavior between the bankers in Turkey to conclude that there is a strong positive relationship was reached.
