Abstract (EN)
The Labour Courts Code have been some limited provisions regarding labour proceedings. One of these limited provisions is the ones in relation to legal remedies. The gaps regarding the legal remedies in the Labour Courts Code have been tried to be filled through the Civil Procedure Code numbered 1086. Yet, on 01.10.2011, the Civil Procedure Code numbered 6100 came into force. This new Code has new provisions relating to legal remedies. Legal remedies are remedies that have been provided in order to revise or change a wrong court decision and for the parties to a case. In this paper, it is aimed to examine the principles and limits of provisions regarding legal remedies in labour proceedings.
