The effect of work-lıfe balance on employee satısfactıon and job satısfactıon (Low cost aırlıne flıght crew example)

The purpose of low-cost transportation is to determine revenue by maintaining significant operating service and cost of minimum levels. The dynamics of air transfer have completely changed in the price area in the industry. Air transport was opened from the limited market using the influence of high income group, support groups and lower income groups. Within this information; a study on the Impact of Work-Life Balance on Employee Satisfaction and Job Satisfaction Low-Cost Airline Flight Crew was conducted. The aim of this study is to get the general opinion of airline personnel who have difficulties in maintaining work-life balance, such as airline employees; is to make an observation by referring to their ideas on the subject. In this study, quantitative data obtained from 562 participants were evaluated and T Test, One-way ANOVA, correlation and regression analyzes were applied. According to the results of the research, organizational commitment is higher in female employees. However, it has been determined that the intervention of the family in business life is more than the intervention of the business in private life.
