حاشية عيسى بن محمد بن عبيد الله الصفوي (ت953 ه) على تفسير البيضاوي( سورة الفاتحة ) دراسةً وتحقيقاً

The research deals with one of the precious scientific monuments, which is Hashiya on Tafsir Al-Qadi Al-Baidawi, Surat Al-Fatihah, by Qutb Al-Din Issa bin Muhammad Al-Safawi Al-Iji Al-Shafi'i Al-Husseini, who died (955 AH), one of the figures of the Ottoman era in the tenth century. The author explains what was hidden in his words, traces the sayings and opinions of scholars, and reveals the aspects of right and wrong in them within the method of reasoning and rational reasoning, and his approach to interpretation is generally based on the Book and the Sunnah. In the first chapter, the researcher sheds light on the author's life, revealing many of the scientific aspects existing in that era, by studying the author's personality, trips, professors and students. The research was also able to access a lot of important information about his lineage, surname and death. In the second chapter, he also studied the author's approach and sources and evaluated them, and clarified the names of the books and literature that he relied on, and also dealt with the advantages of the Hashiya such as the diversity of knowledge, especially since the author was a great figure of his time in jurisprudence, hadith, interpretation and logic, as well as his reliance on missing sources, which enhances the impact of this manuscript. In the third chapter, the researcher took care of the achieved text with transcription, interview, verifying of antiquities and attribution of verses and hadiths, with comments clarifying terminology and defining figures, sects and groups. The author has done well in presenting, arranging and coordinating the scientific material, but he has been extravagant in using the language of the region and their terminology, which is a clear effect of the era in the interest in mental sciences, especially the books of Sharif Al-Jurjani and Al-Saad Al-Taftazani. Nevertheless, the Hashiya remains important, with what has been transmitted from the views of the commentators, linguists, rhetoricians, jurists, fundamentalists and logicalists in explaining the secrets of Surat Al-Fatihah.
