Abstract (EN)

Recently, in addition to the physical and chemical methods used for the synthesis of nanometals or nanometal oxides, biological synthesis methods using biological materials such as plants, fungi and honey are highly preferred. Nanometals or nanometal oxides synthesized by biological methods can be obtained faster and synthesized with safer and environmentally friendly components without the use of chemical materials. In this way, more environmentally friendly methods are brought to the literature. In this thesis, green synthesis of ZnO, NiO, CuO, Co3O4 and α-FeOOH nanoparticles using the extract of Isabella grape (Vitis labrusca L.) grown in Düzce region and structural characterization of these synthesized nano metal oxides were carried out. In the first step, an extract was obtained from Isabella grape by providing the necessary reaction conditions. In the second step, nanometal oxides were obtained from different transition metal salts using this extract. In the last step, structural characterization of the green synthesized nanometal oxides was carried out by using analysis methods such as FT-IR, SEM, EDX and XRD
