Abstract (EN)
Eisagoge, which had written as an introduction to Aristoteles's (m.ö.384-322) Categories by Porphyrios (ö.304), was transferred to the Islamic world with Translation Movement and known as Îsâgûcî. After this period, a lot of books was written in the Islamic world with the same purpose, even with the same name. Especially, Ebherî's (ö.1265) Îsâgûcî came into prominence with regards to being concise and appropriate for education. Likewise, Kâtibî's (ö.1277) Şemsiyye is one of the most famous works that influenced the writing and studies of logic. In the Ottoman Empire, especially during the Tanzimat Era and after it, some studies were written to defend the tradition against the transformation occurred in the understanding of logic and ilm. The works occured in the Tanzimat Era are followers of that author like Ebherî and Kâtibî. In this context, the subject of this thesis is one of those works that written by Ahmed Hıfzi in Ottoman Turkish, Kısm-ı Tasavvurât min Hülâsati'l-Mîzân. This thesis consists of the latinization of the Ottoman text and its comparison with the similar works produced in the Islamic world.
