The investigating of the prevalanc of the different method of the microsporidia in the diarheal of facts

Microsporidia was defired first in 1857 is required for the cell parasites. Microsora phylum consists of 144 species. There are been seven of people who are infeded species. Microspora phylum has a common host range. Infection in animals that were initially reported and then were isolated from people. Not only in the recent researches, immune was not only enough but also about the sufficient immunity individuals were included and who had microsporidia were researched.To investigate the frequency of the different staining were aimed to compare in the diarheal facts in our study.225 stool specimens from diarheal of facts which were come to medical microbiology laboratory of AD in the months from march to june 2009 were taken to study. Examples of with Weber s trichrome staining, Calcofluor staining and Acridine Orange staining were stained.According to the our studying it had frequency microsporidia were obtained as %9.8 in the 225 diarheal of facts. It has not been found in important difference between adult and child age groups and male-female gender groups in the terms of microsporidia detection (p>0,05). According to Weber?s trichrome staining reference method, there was important difference between Acridine Orange and trichrome staining (p<0,05) however it can not have found the meaningful difference with Calcofluor staining (p>0,05) . Acridine Orange has a higher sensitivity than Calcoflour staining while specificity was found lower ( Acridine Orange sensitivity %100, specifity %91.6; Calcofluor sensitivity %95.4, specifity %99.5). High correlation was found between Weber s trichrome staining while specificity was found lower. High correlation was found between Weber s trichrome stainin and Calcoflour staining.As a result, the researching of the microsporidia diarheal cases and routine laboratory diagnosis of microsporidia with Weber?s trichrome staining using of the Calcoflour staining methods were concluded to be useful.Key Words: Microsporidia, diagnostic methods.
