Özet (EN)

Hearing has a very important role in human life. People with hearing loss have shortcomings in communication, dialogue with people and development of intelligence. To solve this problem, various teaching methods and materials have been used from the past to the present. In this context, auxiliary listening devices, telecommunication devices, devices that convert speech to text, warning devices such as technological tools and materials have been proved by scientific research that facilitates learning. In this study, a sound detection, matching and vibration generation system is designed. It is aimed to learn the sensation of the brain by hearing the device instead of learning. The device analyzes the sounds coming from outside and matches it with the sounds recorded in the database, produces the string of letters in the matching sound, and activates the vibration motor in the different position on the garment for each letter. A healthy individual who is literate has been trained primarily about the use of the device, and then training has been carried out to perceive the sounds containing the expressions he will encounter in daily life by the body. As a result of the test, the rate of individuals' recognition of words was measured as 85%. Key Words: Wearable technology, Voice recognition, Sound to Vibration, Recognition of Concepts by Vibration.
