This thesis aims at showing orphan rights in Islam. The Islamic Sharia/law has paid great attention to orphan affairs. Many verses have been revealed and many prophetic hadith/traditions have been reported that show orphans' rights and organize their affairs. The thesis consists of an introductory chapter and 2 other chapters. In the introductory chapter, after pointing out the subject of the study, its significance, and underlying reasons behind choosing the subject, we started by defining the terms in relation to the subject of the thesis. The first chapter addresses orphan sponsorship and how to ensure their welfare. In this same chapter, we devote a section to orphaned girls. In the second chapter, we elaborate on orphan guardianship, orphan's financial rights and pertaining regulations, orphan's wealth/properties development guardianship, and judgement of consuming the wealth/properties of an orphan. At the conclusion of the thesis, the most important findings of the thesis are shared with the addition of some suggestions about the subject.
