Abstract (EN)
In this study, first of all, the concept of tawakkul, which has an important place in the tradition of Islamic thought, and its layers of meaning are revealed. Later, the concept of tawakkul was examined in many aspects under the titles "Ghazali's Understanding of Tawakkul" and "Tawakkul Education in Ghazali's Thought". This study consists of three parts. In the first part; The meanings of tawakkul in dictionaries were scanned and the prominent definitions were classified. In this context, the meaning layers of the word have been revealed and the dictionary meanings of the concepts of tawhid, faith, patience and sustenance, which we believe constitute Gazzali's understanding of tawakkul, have been tried to be explained. In the second part; After explaining the concept of tawhid, which forms the basis of Ghazali's understanding of tawakkul, "how he grades" his tawakkul is discussed. In the third part; After explaining the education of tawakkul in the dimension of belief and behavior on the basis of tawakkul education, which is the main subject of the study, the processes of tawakkul education are discussed.
