Abstract (EN)

This study which titled "Tradition Of Spiritual Psychic in Islamic Thought - Qinalizâde Alî Efendî Sample" has been prepared with a view to contribute self-recognition of human being whose ultimate goal is competence-happiness in accordance with this purpose, become aware of moral level and determine its deficiencies and their reasons and determination of the actions that must be done to achieve perfection. In the selection of the sample as Qinalizâde's Akhlâq-i Alâî work, besides being the first book written in the ethics in Turkish by philosophical method, being most read work among Ottoman period classics in the ethics and emerging many copies yet in the century it was written have been effective. In this study, firstly the concepts of morality and temperament, soul and nafs are emphasized and the definitions of moral diseases have been made. The contributions of philosophers who have produced works related with this subject since Hippocrates, which is accepted as a doyen of medical history, are mentioned. Finally, how Qinalizâde handled the subject of spiritual medicine in Akhlâq-i Alâî work was examined.
