Abstract (EN)

A person begin to have certain rights with their birth, even when they are a fetus. From the mother's womb to the moment of death, a person acquire these rights through inheritance, legal proceedings, work and etc.. As long as the person is alive, the rights he has belong to him. After his death, the issue arises whether the rights he owned will be passed on to his heirs. In this study, it is discussed whether the rights of the person in the field of Islamic Property-Debts law will be passed on to his heirs. While discussing the subject, the views of the sects are given in a comparative way, the issues that were agreed and disputed in the transfer to the heirs were analyzed. In this study, it is aimed to determine whether the rights of the person in question will be transferred to the heirs in terms of sects and to determine the basic principles that are taken as basis in the sects regarding the transfer of rights to the heirs.
