Presumptive value of the forensic medicine data in terms of Islamic Canon Law

The Forensic Medicine stemming from medicine is an institution trying to enlighten juridical problems relevant to human body. The Forensic Medicine, separating into various sections into itself, struggles to illuminate all the problems on the human body, from simple scratches to deaths.The Forensic Medicine endeavors to enlighten all the death cases which are doubtful. That?s why, it examines death mechanism, how it occurred, the time of it, and the changes on the body after death and conducts needed researches, autopsy, and lab investigations. It tries to enlighten the reason for death, and the origin of the event (accident, suicide, murder) if death realizes after cases such as injury, poisoning, defect of respiration, traffic accidents. If there is no death case, it searches the effects of the events on the body. It also studies pregnancy, child deaths, and death ?born pregnancies and conducts researches to confirm parents of the children are not known for sure. In addition to these areas, it conducts researches towards people who aren?t known for sure that they use drugs and alcohol and tries to confirm them and again struggles to confirm whether the people who are thought as suspected in rape cases are criminal or not.In Islamic Low, the methods such as giving testimony, confession, swearing, and deduction are used to end the trials. To end the trials that require expertise,exrerts are invited to trials. In that way, trials are ended easily and right and just decisions can be reached.The Forensic Medicine is applied to as an expertise institution for all cases that are related to human body, and are in the area af the Islamic Law.
