Abstract (EN)

The term fashion can by stated as; interior design as well as food culture, clothing industry, in summary it is the change including from pin to yarn which are modern and new innovations.We can see that fashion has existed from French Revolution and gained power by the huge textile industries and became widely seperated by the developments in Industrial Revolution from castles to public and daily life.To examine the facts that produce fashion can be stated as, to beatufy themselves which already exist in human nature, to make changes in routine life, need of novalty, to be favoured by others, etc. Moreover there is also instant coincidence which we witness leading to birth of fashion.The most important charecteristics of fashion is variation. Because by this way fashion makes raise by raise and empowers it self and standsby substantially and also it accustoms people especially women to huge amont of waste.The importance of fashion might be the pursuit of innovations which already exists. At this point fashion is people?s need in the fields of cars, cosmetics industry, furniture, dressings, etc, which are temporary innovations of poem. Fashion is economically a big power and also a big trade sector.Today the term fashion unfortunately refers to the temporary changes in dressings because it has a voice at this field.It is human beings which are in need of clothing among other living beings. In the shortage of fabrics, people used leaves for clothing activities however today this activities are achieved by variety of fabric collections. In every part of history people used clothes for the adoptation of climate factors as well as blush emotion and for beautifing themselves. They also used clothes for religional and customary purposes.Clothing has relation with many dicipline and every dicipline looks to the issue from its point of view.Clothing is in cooperation with identity, culture and social statue. According to us the most important and the most dangerous of them is its relation with immitation. Because immitation leads person to embrace other civilization and religious belief which then tests his own belief.Islamic jurisprudence primarily is possessor in provision of classification between the good and the bad. Consequently, Islam approves any innovation as long as it does not affect its survival. In the matter of details, Islam takes into consideration the customs and the norms. Looking at this point, Islam has brought some criterias for clothing of women which is our thesis subjcect.Accept the hands and the face all of the body sholud be closured, ornament should not be reverberated to the periphery, the dress should not be thight and should not adhere to skin, dress should not look like male dress, at dressing ather civilizations should not be immitated, dress should not include fame and arrogance, dress should be clean and pure, should not waste in clothing?.There are red lines which distinguish civilizations and beliefs. Religion, language, history, geography, customs, tarditions and etc are among these discriminations. Because clothing carries traces from civilization and belief.Islamic jurisprodence with the resources of the holy Quran, the Sunna and with the rich background of fourteen century has potential power to give answer and meet the needs and expactations of those who are in need. From this point of view, with its own history, its religion it can easily achive and produce its own design in the roots of its own customs, designers and stylists.Key Word: Religion, human, fashion, dreasing, culture, custom.
