Abstract (EN)
Scripture?s and the Sunnah?s, which are the fundamental sources of Basic Islamic Sciences? and mainly Islamic Law, having reached us by the rumour, caused these sciences to incline specially on the subject of ?khabar? and build ?a khabar philosophy? peculiar to these sciences. Within the process until the period that is claimed as the closure of the gate of ijtihad, the determination of how the Islamic Law gain a dynamism depend on the inspection of khabar understanding that is substantially the scholars of fiqh put forward.In this study; from the aspect of Islamic Sciences, generally khabars?, in private khabar al wahids? value of knowledge and value of execution, the elements affecting to their acceptance, under which circumstances and conditions they are accepted as evidence; value and results of the khabars? in the Islamic Law that the slave?s, the unbeliever?s, the perverse?s, the fair?s, the unknown transferors, the infant?s and the one?s who fond of his/her desire, giving has been tried to explain.
