Özet (EN)

This study, two great scholars Debûsî and Gazzâlî of ıt focuses on the evaluations of the Islamic Law Methodology and the information to be obtained from this comparison.In the Introduction Section; information about the purpose, importance of the research and the sources and methods used. In the first part, general information about the life of the authors, their period and works is given. In the second part, the proofs of the judicial provisions of Gazzâlî and Debûsî; different perspectives on Kitap, Sünnet, İcmâ ve Kıyas have been examined on the basis of the calendar of el-Mustasfâ and Takvîmu'l-Edille. In addition, it was tried to touch upon the views of their own sects and their different perspectives. In the second part of this section, the evidences of the evidential provisions of Debûsî and Gazzâlî, namely; his views on İstishab, İstihsan, Şer'u Men Kablenâ, Sahâbî Kavli and İstislâh are presented.In the Third Chapter, different views of Debûsî and Gazzâlî about judgment from the judicial provisions and evidences are examined.While explaining the topics, the views of the sects and the words of other scholars were compared and compared to the perspectives of our authors. In the conclusion of the research; although Debûsî and Gazzâlî ally in the main subjects of Islamic Law Methodology, it is seen that they dispute about furû'issues in line with their views.However, these views of the authors contribute greatly to the better understanding of the methods of Fukaha and Mütekellimîn and to interpret the Islamic Law Methodology in accordance with today's world.
