The science of fiqh/Islamic jurisprudence discusses the subject of interventions to the body in terms of being a science that regulates individual and community life from a religious perspective and the technical applications of each period were evaluated from aspect of fıqh. Then, especially, the dignity and immunity of the body, being prohibited of cosmic medical aesthetic interventions which mean violating certain principles of fıqh, such as being forbidden of changing the disposition, which is created by Allah, and the basis of legitimacy of the exceptional situations like maslahat, mandatory and necessity are handled in the context of the theory of maqasīd. Finally, in the light of the established principles and reasons in the jurisprudential justification, it has been tried to put forward the judgments of some plastic surgery procedures applied today.
