The separation of rights in Islamic law as the rights of Allah and of human being and the reflection of these separation to the human being

The concept of `right? in terms of the Islamic Law which means that human is to know his disadvantageous responsibilities and his advantageous rights is one of the most basic concepts of the law. In the procedure of Islamic Law, the concept of `truth? is handed while dealing with the subjects on religious dictums. The basic separation about the concept of `truth? is between the truth of Allah and of the human being. The rights of human being indicate benefits and authorizations while the rights of Allah indicate basically responsibilities of human being. That is why the rights of Allah involve the judgments on public order and public interests; the rights of human being involve basically individual and marital relationships of human beings. In fact Prophet Mohammed rules that `The right of Allah on his mortals is that they are to worship to Him and to avoid boasting against Him. The right of human being on Allah is that Allah isn?t to torment his mortals who avoid boasting.?The rights of Allah are larger in Islamic Law compared to the positive law and involve worships, too. Because by practicing them, the responsibilities against Allah are practiced n one side, consciousness is being disciplined on the other side. And by the help of this discipline, the mortals are being taken away from acts that harms not only public?s commonwealth but also disarrange it. The verse of Koran `undoubtedly, namaz holds human being back harmful things.? indicates it.That analysis of the concept of `right? will yield us the rise of the backbone of the civilized law which constitutes the base of the private law. In this study that we attempted to determined and prepared throughout these thoughts, we tried to explain the concept of `right? in general and the right of Allah-human being in private through examples.
