Mostly, it has been accepted by the leaders of main sects. In Islamic law, Malikis, Hanbalis, and Hanafis have recognized Sedd-i Zerai as a proof and have formed statements based on this proof. Although Shafi?is has regarded it as weak in evidence, in some operations it is seen that they practice the principle of Sedd-i Zerai. The acceptance of this principle and forming statements based upon this proof grounds adopting given statements. To finalize, Sedd-i Zerai proof has been regarded as an evident principle that makes life easier and is helpful since it provides answers to the contemporary issues of changing and developing life.Key Words : 1) Mean, 2) Prevention, 3) Evidence, 4) Comparison
