Abstract (EN)
Prophethood which one of the basic principles of Islamic theology is an important institution that enables human communication with God. It is known that God has sent many prophets as a result of his grace and favor in the world adventure of human beings that began with Adam. To prove that they were God's messengers, the prophets performed Miracles that broke natural laws. In this context, the prophet Muhammad who is the last prophet is also reported to have performed extraordinary acts to prove his prophethood. We aim to prove the prophet's prophethood in the center of the works written in the 5th century of Hijri in our study. In the introduction of the study, the subject, purpose, importance, methodology, sources and limitations of the research are mentioned, while the first part of the study focuses on the concept of prophethood and touches upon the possibility, necessity and historical reality of this institution. After discussing the understanding of prophethood in pre-Islamic religions, the understanding of prophethood in Islamic thought and the literature of dalāıl al-nubuwwah, which was established to defend prophethood were discussed. In the second part while analyzing the evidence of the prophethood of the events of the basāir and irhas which constitute the tradition of dalāil an attempt was made to reveal how the prophet was heralded in previous religions. Then, various evaluations were made about the examples given about the evidence of the news of irhas. In the third and final chapter the evidence of Miracles for the prophet's prophethood is analyzed from three aspects: rational, sensory, and messianic. In the conclusion the reflections of the dalāil tradition of the 5th century on the Islamic understanding of prophethood are presented.
