An evaluation on the state administration in terms of islamic political philosophy

From the beginning of humanity till today, all periods have their rulers and administrators in their political buildings. For this understanding of administration, in this context, ıt must be explained how the states must administrate and how the relationship between the religion and the state must be. By virtue of this mentality, when there is no judgment in Qur'anic text and Prophet's words, ıt can be seen that the decisions can be taken with regard to the rational administrations of rulers, and the religious politics can be applied on this way. While these decisions are taken, it will be very important to take into consideration the some political terminologies, like Khilafah (i. e. Religious politics) and Zıllullâh (i. e. shadow of God). To alleviate the administrative diffuculties and burdens, it is understood that the rank of vizierate is needed. In this study, it is discussed and explained what the ethical behaviors must be for rulers, khalifa and viziers in the process of administration. In the context of these matters regarding religious politics, the importance of counseling is investigated and evaluated.
