Abstract (EN)
This study was created with the aim of evaluating children's books based on hadiths from Islamic information sources. Our study differs from other studies examining books based on Islamic values in Children's Literature. Our work consists of three parts. In the first part, information was given about children's literature. In the second part, there is information about the work and authors that are the subject of our study. In the last part of our study, the hadiths in the books discussed were examined in terms of both the science of hadith and the suitability of the hadith used for the child's age and perception level. This study was created using the document review method in the context of qualitative research. In our study, a total of twelve children's books, one of which is a series, from two different categories as fairy tale and story books were examined. At the end of the study, it was determined that some narrations that were not suitable for the science of hadith were included in their works by the authors.
