Abstract (EN)
Positive and negative ideas are positive and negative inner voices which are come from human mind. It has emerged that happy workers are more succesful. In this work it has analysed the circumtance of positive and negative idea in the business management. The productivity of business management depends on workers positive ideas. Because positive idea enables happiness for human. The aim of this study is to search how the employees's positives and negatives thoughts effect the labor productivity. It has investigated that business management worker's positive and negative idea upon labor productivity in the city Istanbul. According to the experimental research model, in this research it has observed that people who thinks positively are more succesful. Regarding the analysis of data business management workers positive thoughts are increasing the productivity. KeyWords : Business And Workers, Positive And Negative İdea,Business Productivity
