Industry managers` Opinions about the institutions of ready-made education at higher level and the individuals graduated from these institutions

In the research, it is aimed to find out the sufficiency of the indivuduals graduatedfrom instutions which give ready-made education, in the lights of industry managers?opinions.Research world was designated as man, woman and children ready-made industries inTurkey. Also examplary group (number :100 industries) includes man,woman, children ready-made industries registered in TOBB and which have the staffs graduated from highereducational institutions of ready-made education. As a measurement element in the research,public survey was used to designate industry managers? opinions. In the research the datumobtained from public survey were presented as table and graphics by taken their frequencyand percentage.According to the results of the study, it is found that ;1- In our country, the institutions of ready-made education are not able to achievegoals of ready made industry.2- because of the lack of student-sector-school institution, there seems differencesbetween education institutions and the sector.3- Moreover, it is illustrated that having fundamental vocational knowledge is thereason of being a subject of preference for individuals graduated from institutions of ready-made education. They especially are chosen for the departments of stylist and patternmaker.While they are supposed to achieve the problem they encountered with in a quick time, theyare found to be insufficient to convert the theory into practice.4- The institution managers find the institutions of ready-made education insufficientin many topics, in addition they expect the institutions of education to change themselvescontinuosly to overcome the needs of labour and having more closer relationships with thesector.At the end of the research, the recommendations take place depending on thementioned problems.
