Abstract (EN)
We can rule out any moment of our lives. The decisions we make lead our lives in good and bad ways. If we made the right decision, we know it is bad if we made the wrong decision. So it is an important part of our decision to tell the decision to tell. Taking the right decision is generally based on intelligence. Lakin sometimes knows how to do it, even though it is our intelligence. There were a number of reasons for this. For example, the moment you accept the decision, the psychological pressure, fear, stress, excitement, misinformation and so on. There are a few techniques that an administrator needs to know in order to make a good and good decision. First, determine what purpose to make the decision for, collect as much information as possible to collect, look at the problem in every way, find a way to solve the problem, find more alternatives, and make predictions to avoid problems later on. The role of feelings in decision making is also important. The type of decision in the business is changing from manager to manager. In autocratic management, the executive is very much concerned with the work of the people. The decisions he makes are also changing. Because they are rigid and rigid, they try every way to reach their goals. In general, the decisions of such managers are otherwise incompatible with income-related human relationships. Otherwise Kumru type managers give more importance to human relations in their decisions. In the form of government which is liberal, the manager can not decide and he iii misses his troubles. In the form of a federal administration, business and human relations are jointly valued. Here, the executive thinks of both sides while making the decision. In democratic governance, decisions are usually made in groups. Because this manager attaches importance to the decisions of subordinates and takes decisions in a participatory manner with their support. The result of such managers is the form of democratic government, which is the most efficient form of government.
