Sevgi, Selçuk, Information Systems in Organizations And Approaches of Employees to Applications, High Graduate Thesis, Ankara, 2008.In our age, Information, that defined the most important power for organizations, direct the organization, even shape them. Organizations that make efforts aimed to survive in market should understand the technology and handle it. The relation between technology and organizations becomes important at this point.In this study, It is analised that the structure of information technology and the process of reconstruction at T.C. Ziraat Bankasi A.S. that one of the major banks of Turkey.Firstly, it is analised that approaches of information and information systems at literature, then the place of information systems in organization and the structure of it. Later on, information systems has been analised in the process of reconstruction and system analsis has been examined. İn the episode of application, the process of reconstuction of the bank has been studied and the assumptions has been tested, subsequently the finds evaluated.In the conclusion, it is necessary that training and participation in the process of reconstruction and to structure information system covering whole organization has been suggested.
