Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effect of intellectual capital, knowledge management and learning organization on firms has been analyzed through random sampling method with people in Istanbul. The aim of the study is to measure the effect of those factors on firms and share results with business managers and researchers who works on these theories. Factors of production, which contribute to economy and society, is dependent on knowledge because of the rising added value of knowledge. All activities are evolved to a new age, which is knowledge based, especially in terms of competition and improvement. Information travel with speed of light as a result of evolution of information technologies. This evolution causes a big change in management methods and concepts that the firms use. Firms who fail to adapt to those changes will disappear from market. Firms should notice the importance of knowledge to control and manage their future. Having intellectual capital, knowledge management and learning organization structure make it easier for firms to adapt to new world order.
