Abstract (EN)
The concepts of stress, personal and organizational conflicts, oppression, and psychological violence appear in all areas of life. The difficulties of business life have been the subject of our study due to the fact that mobbing is more common in today's business life, where competition comes to the fore and personal interests turn into conflict. In this study, while the importance of mobbing is mentioned, the general behavior of people, the way they are seen, the way they are applied and the change in the performance of the employees are evaluated. Mobbing is an important factor in the individuals' business successs and social life, and it is considered as an important factor in employee performance. With this in mind, mobbing is one of the most important causes individual and organizational inefficiency and low performance in the tourism sector. According to the findings, mobbing negatively affects employee performance. It has been found out that it causes material and moral damage to both the individual and the society.
