Abstract (EN)

The studies which majored on the organization-employee relationship and focused on the concepts of perceived organizational identity and organizational identification, asserts that organizational identification is one of the important instruments in today?s dynamic environment to provide flexibility in both organization?s formal structure and human aspects.Through the medium of organizational identification, the human which is the basic aspect of organizational processes will become more integrated with the organizational identity and so with the organizational systems and goals. Organizational justice may, however, be thought to be an important fact to realize organizational identification.The aim of this study is to analyze the relationship between organizational justice and organizational identification in the business enterprises with determining the perceptions of organizational justice and the level of organizational identification. For this purpose, in order to test the hypothesis, various statistical methods have been used. According to the analysis made, it is revealed that the perceptions of organizational justice and the level of identification with the organization is high in the business enterprises and there are statistically strong and significant relations between organizational justice and organizational identification.Consequently, among the dimensions of organizational justice, interactional justice is more effective in determining organizational identification than procedural justice. In addition to this, it is stated that also there is a relationship between distributive justice alone and organizational identification, the effect of distributive justice on organizational identification will disappear when procedural and interactional justice put in the analysis.Positive perceptions of organizational justice in the business enterprises which leads employees to perceive the value and respect they received and positive social identity internalized as being an employee of the enterprise will make them to identify with the organization in order to continue to have this positive identity.Key Words1- Organizational Justice2- Distributive Justice3- Procedural Justice4- Interactional Justice5- Organizational Identification
