Abstract (EN)
Horbouring need has become one of the main matters of basic need hierarchies through the human history. Despite the fact that housing sector has been tackled to dissolve the harbouring needs away till the last century in which Capitalism has provided a recycling in a fast way, it has become one of the indicators of luxury with this process. As long as operations are be able to keep pace with changes in the housing sector, where rapid transformation is possible, they can maintain their presence in a competitive environment. In this axis, being customer focality is in the position of indispensable main determinerof housing management. In this context, innovation can a key factor in the success of operations. In the study, the activities in Innovation Management Area of operations and the affects of these on housing Project were analysed. The questionnaire study in the example of İstanbul City form the implementation of the study. There are four different hypothesis in it and the trueness of these were observed.
