Abstract (EN)
The importance of Banking system became more clear starting in the middle of 20. Century. The effect on Turkish economy of banks whose the main function is to support the real economy by their financial resources became more important by the passing of Turkish economy into free market economy.In the economy, the main reasons based on requirement of companies to loan are lack of equity and market risks.The banks must keep the risks which were caused by the loans at the minimum level.In this study, it was focused on the banks?desicion processes of credit worthiness by measuring the financial structure of the companies by financial analysis methods.A case, in this study, is taken in hand to display the importance of compatibility of the company according to the market and sector conditions while also the financial structure is important.This study, as a result, indicates that identification of loan requirement and to solve this requirement in a right decision is a key of a healthy relationship of bank and real economy to survive for years.
