ABSTRACTVenture capital is especially a financial technique that provides the necessary financial source, to the new, bright and sparkling projects that can?t be fulfilled because of the lack of capital by taking money from the capitalists, who wants to get a high profit from their investments. Venture capitalists make the project realized even they don?t know whether they ll be succesful or not.Venture capital, whose institutional side has generally been developed in Europe and the USA, isn?t wide spread in Turkey and most of entrepreneurs don?t know it. Besides this there are lots of managements at the same level of small business that don?t have sufficient financial source. These managements can?t accomplish their investments by the financial problems. Some associations are trying to improve the risk capital in our country but these attempts aren?t adequate.Knowing and using the risk capital by entrepreneurs make it only possible to be used in investments. Educating the risk capital is needed for this development. The recent researches show that most of entrepreneurs want to attend the education of the risk capital. By the end of these educations this model will be developed and increasingly used in financial investments.
