Transfer of İsmail Hikmet Ertaylan's Bînamazın Otuz Üç Gecesi to the new alphabet and its analysis

İsmail Hikmet ERTAYLAN, known as a literary historian, also has works in the form of stories. The author published Bînamazın Otuz Üç Gecesi under the nom de guerre "Suad Fahir" in 1337/1921. The other story book is titled Ateş Olur da Yakmaz mı? (Ist. 1340/1341). In this study, it is aimed to highlight the storyteller identity of the author by examining the Bînamazın Otuz Üç Gecesi by transferring it to Latin letters. The work is remarkable in that it has features that evoke the work called Binbir Gece Masalları, one of the Eastern classics. In this context, our study will enable modern authors who will produce new works to reach old examples and to be aware of such works. The work subject to the study was directly transferred to the new article without transcription; then it was examined in terms of structure, content, language and style. The meanings of unknown words for the reader in need are given as footnotes under the text. In the last part, the original copy of the work is also included. In this way, it is aimed that the interested reader can see the original text.
