The collection of Ismail Nakam (compared text, analysis)

This study comprises of Ismail Nakam, one of the nineteenth century poets, and his life, pseudonym, art, compared text of Turkish collection and a brief analysis. This study about the collection of İsmail Nâkâm aims to help the readers consider the ottoman poems with the eye of İsmail Nâkâm in accordance with his glossary he uses, style and usage of literary arts. In conclusion, with the thesis we argue on, we have an opportunity to introduce İsmail Nâkâm who is one of the most important poets in Old Turkish Literature.Key Words: The nineteenth century, İsmail Nakam, The Collection of Ismail Nakam, Compared Text, Analysis
