Abstract (EN)
This thesis has been studies life of İsmetî, and his literary personality and only known 14 works Divan. This thesis is formed on four parts. In the first part the details of İsmetî's life has been mentioned and studied his literary personality. In the second part the "Divan" has been studied. İsmetî Divanı examined according to verses structure and types, harmony elements, language characteristics and content. In the third part, the path followed has been shown. The found texts have been introduced. In the fourth part there are critical text of "İsmetî" and ındex. With this thesis Divan of İsmetî is presented to determine its place in Turkish literature.
