This study was conducted to provide a point of view about the Turkish Primary Schools that has the quality certificate the ISO 9001:2000 to determine viewpoints to total quality these schools .The research was realized with the permission of the official the dates between the May and the June 2008, was carried out on 70 administrators and teachers that are in office the primary schools located the district of the Ümraniye and the Üsküdar, the Anatolian side in İstanbul.The datas has been analysed by using the SPPS packet program. The Gallup Poll has 25 questions.At the survey of the point of view to total quality at the primary schools has the quality certificate (ISO 9001:2000) was used the differences as age, gender, status in school, working years in total, working years in school, trainning in total quality, the type of trainning in total quality, reading materials related with total quality and the duration of the taking the ISO 9001-2000 in working school.The survey results interpreted by using the %(per cent), t-test, Anova (one way varians analysis), Scheffe test.The study revealed that there was a statistically significant between total working year and the status of the education.
