Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to measure the general applicability of ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) and to examine how food and beverage businesses implement this system. The effectiveness of enterprises in the adoption of the Quality Management System differs. In this direction, while dealing with the enterprises continuing their activities in different provinces in Turkey and the KYS system applied by these enterprises, research techniques have been applied and increased efficiency. The questions related to the research and the answers given were explained according to the studies in the article. The obtained data were analyzed in the form of statistical graphs. When the researches are evaluated in general, it is observed that enterprises want to have ISO 9001 Quality Management System certificate in order to increase their recognition as the majority, to gain assurance and to participate in new tenders. In the enterprises that consider obtaining the QMS certificate as a compulsory condition within these objectives, the failure of all employees or managers to enter this system indicates that the problems will increase within the enterprises. These enterprises make the system much more difficult than the returns of the QMS certificate. In this study, it is explained how successful the enterprises in our country will be if they use the ISO 9001 Quality Management System effectively.
