Abstract (EN)
Today, although technological advances and economic developments increase the number of users integrated into the financial system, many people still do not have the basic financial knowledge. This situation leads individuals to move away from the financial system or to have a bad reputation in the financial system, thus limiting the efficiency of the financial market.This study, which is a survey model, aims to measure the financial literacy levels of independent accountants financial advisors in the financial system in the case of Isparta. The study, which applied quantitative analysis methods, was applied in April / 2019-May / 2019 period and 119 independent accountants financial advisors operating in Isparta province were included in the research.The study consists of four chapters: financial education in the first section, financial literacy in the second section, development of financial literacy in the third section and implementation in the fourth section.The independent accountant shows that financial advisors score high in both the likert section and the information section of the financial literacy survey. In this context, it is possible to say that the financial literacy levels of the independent accountants and financial advisors within the scope of the research are high.
