Adaptation of youth issues and employment effects of Istanbul immigrated family

Issues related to the family migrated to Istanbul to live in large cities, regional preferences in Istanbul as campus causes them to push this preference; industry, causing unemployment, rural, regional beliefs in the development of young people, especially family adaptation processes, problems that occurred during the process of assimilation, education, changes in traditions and customs. Effects on adaptation, employment rates in Istanbul, work preferences and their effect on the ethnic composition of business processes were investigated.
