This the is study was created by considering the journal numbered SR_000075_01 from the 'Suna and İnan Kıraç Foundation Collection' in the Şevket Rado Manuscripts of the "Istanbul Research Institute Library". After the transcription of the Turkish poems in the leaves numbered 1a-69b, transcription was made. Our work consists of three parts. In the first part, the general definition of the journal has been made and the journal that we have been working on has been introduced. In the second part, investigations were made. These studies are the verse forms, meters of the poems and their content features in the journal. In the last section, the text is discussed. There are the methods follewed during transcription text, prose translation and text installation. Also, there is MESTAP in our study and there is a table at the end.
