What are the perceptions of the teachers who are on duty in formal and private elementary schools in Ataşehir, İstanbul about effective teachers roles?

This research has been done to analyse on the teachers who are on duty at formal and private elementary schools in Ataşehir, İstanbul, Asia to analyse how their perceptions about effective teachers roles have been effected with some changeables.`Personal Information Form? which has 9 items and ` The Effective Teachers Roles Poll? which has 30 items and has been developed by the researcher with the leadership of Prof. Dr. Suat Anar have been used in this research. This poll has been carried out on 357 teachers who are on duty at formal and private elementary schools in Ataşehir, İstanbul. The results of the research have been analysed by using `Mann-Whitney Test? and `Kruskal-Wallis Test?.At the result of this research it has been determined that there is a meaningful relation between the effective teachers role perception and the sex, age, marital status, seniority, the sort of the school where you work, branch, the faculty that you graduated, the socioeconomic statue of the school.
