Istanbul county public education center of the directors of the anatolian side features with your relationship between job satisfaction

In this study, it?s aimed to state the labour satisfaction of administrators who are associated with the Ministry of Education. Accordingly, it?s researched how these directors? satisfaction of labour situation are affected by sex,age,marital status, spouse?s or wife?s profession,professional seniority, last graduated school,title,the way of working, level of income, earnings except for wage, their will for preference of job and how many years after they worked for formal education, they start their present job.It?s used both Minnesota Satisfaction scale and Personal Information Forms for this search. 40 Public Training Centers compose the foundation of the research and specially Public Training Centers in Anatolian side are taken as examples.These are, 70 managers and deputy managers working in 15 PTC. For data analysis, it?s used SPSS 11.5 programme, also used `t? test for independent groups to compare with points getting from Labour Satisfaction scale and sex,marital status, spouse?s or wife?s working situation, having income except for wage,title,position of being appointed as a manager,education, and experience prior to leadership are taken into consideration as factors. It?s used variance analysis for comparision of points taken from Labour Satisfaction scale accordinly sex, monthly income, working years as a manager, education and experience before management. In the event of arising rational results from ANOVA test and to state which group has the difference it?s used Post-Hoc test as Tukey.In this study, it?s emerged that if the managers who are associated with Ministry of Education are satisfied or not and also the relationship between their personal caharacter and situation of labour satisfaction. Another purpose of this study is to offer a scientific resource to managers who want improve more suitable working environment and create high-motivated workers also loyal employee adopting targets of instution.Key Words: Adult Education, Work Satisfaction,Administration , Manager
