Abstract (EN)
In this study, which is called ?Determining the emotional intelligence levels of the primaryschool teachers in Fatih, İstanbul?, information on emotional intelligence has been given.?Personal information survey? and ?Emotional intelligence scale? have been used in theresearch.The sampling has been made with 80 primary school teachers.Data gained fromthe survey conducted to 80 people have been interpreted through the help of theliterature.There is no doubt that study ?Emotional Intelligence? will be one of subjects thatis most interested and searched in the future also.Key Words: Emotional intelligence, Primary school teachers
