Journals which have an important role in our literature, are among the important sources of classical Turkish literature with their rich content. The number of this kind of studies, which encountered various examples in our libraries, is increasing day by day. The subject of this research is to make a classification according to the translated text of Gazeliyyât Mecmû'ası which is recorded in TY 712 archive number in İstanbul University Rare Books Library and The Systematical Classification Project of Poetry Journals (MESTAP). As it can be understood from the name of it, the journal consists of ghazels apart from 22 couplets and one ballad. There is not any record related to compositor and the date of collection in the journal. It can be said that the journal was formed in 19th century. There are 766 narrative texts that mostly belong to 153 poets from 16th century, including; 714 ghazels, 22 couplets, one ballad, one lament in journal. In these 766 works, there are also 27 works that are titled as "ghazel" written by unknown writers. The first chapter of our study covers the information on the general characteristics and importance of journals. The second part introduces the journal, the subject of our study, and gives information about the shape features such as number of poets and poems, verse forms and measure, and information about the content of the journal. Poets who have poems in the journal, verse forms and the rhythm used are shown in tables. In the third chapter, the translated text of the poems in the journal is given after the method to be followed in the creation of the text is determined. The poems of the poets with divan were compared with these divan copies, and differences were determined. Some poets' poems or missing couplets not found in their divans were identified and stated both in the footnote and the examination chapter. In the fourth section, the poems in the journal were classified according to the Systematic Sorting Project of Journals (MESTAP). In the fifth chapter, the study was completed with results, the bibliography and index of poets.
