Statistical relative uni̇form convergence and Korovkin type approximation theorems

In this thesis, korovkin type approximation theorems for two variable functions via statistical and statistical A- summability is considered. This study consist of forth chapter with results and reference section In the first chapter, the historical development and significant works of statical convergence and Korovkin theorem is considered. In the second chapter, the concepts of statistical convergence, convergence of double sequence, statistical convergence of double sequence and relatively uniform convergence are described, Some examples and results which ara related these concepts are given. In the third chapter, material and methods are mentioned. In the forth chapter fourth part consists of the lower parts in itself In the first part, general informations about positive linear operators is given. In the second part, the classical Korovkin theorem is examined. In the third part, Korovkin type theorem is studied by using statistical convergence.In the fourth section, statistical relatively uniform convergence of function sequences has introduced and the fifth section, Korovkin type theorem has studied by using this definitions. Then,a sample which provides this theorem but does not provide the classical and statistical state is examined.In addition, in the sixth part, the order of the statistical relatively uniform convergence is given.In the last part, Korovkin-type approximation theorem has studiedon the all continuous functions defined on a compact subset of by using the concept of statistical relatively uniform convergence for double sequences.
